Bot keeps surfacing in Vash'jir

I have two accounts with a Druid on each for farming ore and herbs, as well as a DK. Today I took them all to Vash'jir, completed the quests to receive the Abyssal Seahorse and:

1. Ran a fresh install of HB
2. Selected Gatherbuddy2
3. Loaded Tony's Vashj'ir Abyssal Depths Mines-Herbs profile
4. Pressed start
5. Both Druids turn into Aquatic form (the DK mounts the Seahorse)
6. The toons slowly swim to the surface and shift out of Aquatic form (the DK dismounts)
7. The bot stops

I also tried this on my regular Honorbuddy installs, with different profiles, grind/gb2 bots, setting Aquatic form as the Druid mounts, disabled all plugins/addons, and I can't figure out anything to fix this.

How can I prevent my toons from surfacing in Vash'jir?
