bot keeps crashing

hey ive spent many hours trying to figure this out with no luck. I haven't used TL in a few months redownloaded everything and it keeps crashing.
im running the 8.5 version and heres the log

all I get is a windows error that says , a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

This happens to me too except when i start it wot hangs then when i close wot tank leader hangs.

for me its the windows generated error that pops up whenever a app completely stopps working

I checked it works but i woud reccomend putting one of those 2 windows over ur wot name so u wont get banned if a wot admin sees this

are you running bot WoT and TL as admin?

on what WoT version are you?

on what OS are you?

is your OS updated?

of coarse I run both as admin , im running windows 7 , and wot is 8.5 and my operating system is completely updated. ive downloaded the bot from hb website an with that download I cant even log in it just keeps popping the login screen back up and never logs in . when I log in on the bot from tangleader it always locks up so im not sure what the difference is but I run honorbuddy with no issues . I bought the key for a year so that shouldn't be an issue ive even made another account and got the trial key to make sure and it does the same thing I don't have an anti virus program yet cause I just reinstalled windows not long ago and I added the bot to programs to be allowed through firewall so im not sure what else it could be.
