Bot keeps crashing...

I just checked my d3 and it says network disconecction.. doubt it though since im router connected and been in a skype call during connection with no connections issues.. when I press okay on the disconnection.. it kicks me out diablo...

has been happening all day every now and then

Possibly getting banned.. this is always how it ends for me when I get these kicks.
