bot just runs when i start BW

as title says, trying to fix, reinstalled everything, also when i start BW the load info at the bottom is not changing PIO:type:none | idle

Any help would be nice, i am using walters stable svn with an operative, all other bots are fine

Fixed, dev lock this, a pc reboot worked.
