Bot just does nothing with Trinity enabled after v.1.8.6

hi, My english is very low level.

Trinity 1.8.5 is working good. but 1.8.6 and 1.8.7 are nothing to do when enable Trinity.
Not only me. Some people are same.

So,I compare 1.8.5 and 1.8.6. see many DateTime.Now to DateTime.UtcNow
But I don't now what it is. and I'm not programmer.

Please Fix it.

Created Game and join, Use potion. but health was 100%. and do not anything

lol, im reintall bot 5 times. crap :( change time and gogogoogo
 
Had this problem last week as well. Next day it seemed to work again.
Today I had the same issue again. I'm still not sure why this occurs, but here is what I noticed:

As soon as the game starts, it will popup some text about my character being full of health. This tells me the bot wants to drink a potion but can't. Doesn't do anything else. (Fully closing D3, battlenet client and DB didn't fix this either.)
I looked into my inventory and had 106 potions on me. In the Trinity settings it was capped at 98 potions.
I threw away the 6 potions (leaving me only the stack of 100). No difference.
I entered the game again, got a little bit of damage and used another potion (99 left).
Fully restarted battlenet client, D3 and DB. All of a sudden it worked again!!!!

No idea why, but not complaining anymore :D

EDIT: the above all took a while tho. I'm on GMT +1, and by the time I did all of the above, it might have been 01.00 am already, which could've made it work again as well.

Example, if your computer timezone is UTC+5. If you start DB in 5:00 AM and 11:59 PM, Trinity will work. If you start DB in 0:00 AM and 4:59 AM, Trinity will not work. In the time 0:00 AM to 4:59 AM, if you want Trinity works, you must change your computer timezone to UTC.
 
so it means if I want boting 24hrs, 1.8.5 is the best choice??
 
hmmm this is not good. Should work regardless of time settings.

I made this change because Trinity was spending ~ 15% of it's CPU cycles calculating time zone offsets.
