I know that you are doing your best to solve the problems with the new version of the bot released, but I got to be honest; this downtime is unacceptable... I get that you have a small dev team, but in reality, this issue isn't our problem. We are the consumer, who have come into a business agreement with you. Our agreement isn't to pay for a broken program or listen to your excuses, our agreement is: we paid for a working piece of software.
Look guys, nobody is asking you to pull miracles out of a tiny little dev team. We are just asking that you respect us enough to give us honest, and clear updates on whats going on.
