Bot isnt working?

Whenever i load up honnor buddy it eventuarly comes up with an error report, after i send error report the final stage of it doesnt work and if i do retry nothing happens if i close the error report then honnor buddy closes
This is because of the new update i am guessing but if somone could tell me what to do that would be nice.

It still comes up with an error report still and it doesnt complete, after i have pressed retry a number of times it still cant "Connect to sever. (ERR 2001 : The operation timed out)" so is there another option like re installing honnor buddy or a different way i could fix it?
