Hi.
this bot is too visible(visible actions)

1)it's spinning around like stupid....(new profile fixed that)
2)it push friendly tanks (most times when they shoot!!!) after update it just goes back and forward...it does not trying to go around friendly tank(also bot obviously)
3)it goes to enemy like scout (profile can fix that too....with other/custom profile can go around the maps)
4)it shoot to an enemy even if a friendly tank is in the way(friendly fire)(not fixed)
5)it not camp at all(not fixed)
6)tanks turret stay in same direction all the time (view direction) and spin only on aim, and after that goes back to same position...(bot 100%). it need to move the view like he's search for something... (there is an option in new update but does not work for me....touret still fixed on view....)
Update v2.0.242.100

All those points are valids , dunno if someone care , but please , we are waiting a response from core developers here !

I also agree with what you say.

The thing that attracts attention is when you get stuck in one place and are not moving or when a tank is in the midst of his way and pushes until the tank explodes or the other tank leaves you a free hand.

Hopefully the developers answer this post and say if they will fix something or if they are in it really.

regards

Hey all u guys,

first off all TL2 is BETA atm and mainly the settings and the tanks define how good it is workin look at glommys thread for successfully boting with TL!

second just a few days ago, individual tank-profiles were introduced so you can make ur own profile for every tank, then it won't act like a scout!

thrid for example the ramming thing can reduced by using the wait random time plugin, the bot then just starts to move when most of the tanks already gone out of base...

and so on, don't cry or uninstall game and TL2 from ur pc :D

Thx, bangbang :p...

using Profiles takes only one thing away from list.

Im using DUMMY accounts for testing and I dont except others do that.

I look replays so I can keep my mind sane and even recommend users to use Profiles.

I have seen two replays where I got "Bot Report", that hurts and those accounts "Cool Down" now(yes, two different accounts 12 hours botting)... I dont know how many replays I watched after that, but nothing serius happend.

Aevitas did promise look after collision detection and he is completely right that "old collision detection" is too obvious and hopefully he find way make NEW one, what we can tamper or something better...

Your list the Way I see it... Im Fool and I believe... solutions exist!!!!

1)it's spinning around like stupid.... look this

2)it push friendly tanks (most times when they shoot!!!) look this

3)it goes to enemy like scout look this [mine, all MINE] :p

4)it shoot to an enemy even if a friendly tank is in the way(friendly fire) dont know?

5)it not camp at all [future profile writing hopefully]

6)tanks turret stay in same direction all the time (view direction) and spin only on aim, and after that goes back to same position...(bot 100%).
it need to move the view like he's search for something....[maybe Plugin for that?]

We're working on all those things, I might add the option to have the turret stick to the front of the tank like in TL1.

Bot is almost perfect now, i have 2x TL2 running 24/7 for days now and no issues, except for collision avoidance...

Do the following:
1. Learn how to start properly
2. Use addons
3. Use profiles (the working ones) or make ur own. I have used the ones downloaded here only.

If possible DONT bot tier 8, 9 or 10, a lot of expert players there and they will report you, I bot only up to 7 or 8 max (9 super max if mediums). Buy premium tanks and convert experience to get tier 10.

What to put in the output variable time base, all right, but not the only problem with the Bot as bumping into other tanks.

For example, in city, in the streets, also bumps into other tanks and push them (until you have free passage and people already know it's a bot

Or when going through a very narrow bridge or road, it's the same: (

I have wanted to settle it

true i dont want to bot anymore cause i banned for 1 day for pushing friendly vehicle

Couldn't you add an option that lets the turret change direction from time to time to a random -30? to +30? of the front? That would look human like. The time between view change should be 10-30 seconds, randomly chosen again.

When hitting another tank it should keep driving forward but rotate left or right a little and back again. This way it should "slide" around a still standing tank.

There's code for that, called Camera.LookAt, but the math is a bit random to crunch, I'm not sure if any of you is particularly good at math and could help me figure it out, but if that's the case, please drop me a line. That's actually something I've been wanting to do with the bot for ages.
