Since the last update my bot has rarely (read 1 time in 1 hour of testing) casting explosive blast.
I am using Belph and I have tried a redownload in a new folder (the log attached is from later on with plugins but is has the same problem as it had without any).
It is casting all other spells like normal but not explosive blast.
