Bot is not moving

Fresh install DB 1.1.3036.462
Manual update to Trinity 2.41.14 and Adventurer 1.3.4.27

Tried different profiles etc. but bot is not moving.

Log file from trying a normal rift. Bot enters rift but just stays at entrance.

is there any fix to this thing yet. Been having it few days and can't use it and my time is running out. Getting pretty close to chargebacking and seems unproffesional for the support not to post a fix and require an email.

Only email your getting is gonna be from my bank about the chargeback
