Bot having trouble opening vendor sell screen

I've noticed this both in act 3 and act 1. Sometimes the player will be right next to the bot and I'll see the dialogue screen flashing (closing, opening, repeat, very fast). It started a couple of revisions ago.

Same with me, reported it already, just happened to me in Act1

I think this happens when there was quest dialogue open at the npc. Clear out the exclamations above all the npcs, and just stop/start EB if you see it; obviously there's only a limited number of times this can happen.

I've not noticed this myself, but if it's from the quest icon like Azoth mentioned, we can add in a fix. That code changed a little recently to avoid another problem, so it's possible the new logic results in that previous working case being broken now.
