Bot has looting problems

My bot decides he just wants to do quests by killing and not collect loot. He literally just runs around slashing things and ignoring the bodies as I'm watching him. I've checked the auto-loot in wow, the settings in hb has it checked for loot mobs and chests. All wow addons disabled as well.

Well I did deleted and did a fresh install. That seems to have fixed it along with the latest kick profile. But my question is this: why is this happening? I have to redo all my settings and profiles for all the chars I have now and its inconvenient even though it works. If I can find out why this is happening, I won't do anything to make it stop looting again. Thanks.

is auto loot enabled in WoW settings?

yes auto loot is enabled. Both in wow and in HB settings. It's so weird, the bags aren't full, yet he just runs around killing things and doesn't even care about looting.

sometimes the profile can disable loot on purpose

ok I can see it can do that once in a while. But the problem affeced 3 different accounts in 3 different zones. How is that possible?

are your bags full?

No. I make sure the bags are not full. In fact, it does it even when it barely fills up the 2nd bag.
