Bot gets stuck lootings pokestops.. when i restart.. Idle

Bot was running fine. Then was stuck on looting a pokestop. After a restart bot sits saying IDLEView attachment 2016-08-09_T14_52_41.log

i'm assuming it's the pokemon servers.. but im no 100% sure.
