bot faces wrong way in combat?

Sometimes my bot will land and just stand there while it gets killed by a mob who is standing behind him.

The attack sequence and my macros work great if I am facing the mob, but if he is behind me then it just says "you are facing the wrong way" and stands there and gets killed.

Is there any way to fix this?

HB/GB? If HB then it's likely to be a CC issue. Don't know a lot about GB! And logs?

It's GB. Just downloaded today, so I'm still working out a few things, but this is one that I cant seem to figure out on my own. Any advice is appreciated.

perfect. disabled all add ons and reset keybindings like you said. works flawlessly. went for 8 hours on my DK in uldum with zero deaths. thank you very much!
