I'll try again. Seems like you are avoiding the question since it's been asked twice in here already...

What are the differences between Tyrael and LazyRaider?
 
Guess i will answer one question I can answer.

Weisch discontinued his tyrael and the pure/clu team is taking over the botbase.

The old versions are no longer(in theory) downloadable.

Like asking a question to a politician - you never get an answer. I'd like to know also, I'm guessing it is another option to LazyRaider - just not sure what makes it different or better.
 
I know the older version is discontinued just wondering if they changed anything? because I still have the latest one Weisch released ;)

Not avoiding, it's a hassle to reply to a post in the forums current state. Slow as hell and somethimes not even working ... Let alot replying to a few posts.

Tyrael is lightweight compared to Lazyraider and supposed to be "quicker", many users agree on this also as they see more "snappy" combat performed with Tyrael AND raidbot compared to lazyraider and it's raidbot. Why? Ask the author of Lazyraider ;). Compared to Raid Bot it allows you to adjust the TPS and enable/disable the lockselector.

Somehow I feel insulted by this post. I really don't get why people always /enable attackmode if stuff doesn't go exactly as they expect/plan.

I just want to say thanks.

Everyone is entitled to there opinion, whether it be the support of paid (Or donated as some call it) or not.

I'm not sure if anybody was offended with what I said in the other thread as it was deleted before I could edit my post so I didn't come off as a total jerk. I was upset and vented I should have waited to reply or just left it alone.

So if I offended anybody I Apologize and I hope you don't take it to heart.

The way you had it stated seemed like you were saying that all forms of software applications should be free. I may have misinterpreted. If I did please correct me.

But anyways, good to see Tyrael is back (with permission from Weischbier).

What are your planned additions/reworkings of the base? (I haven't looked at the code just yet)
 
Can someone explain the ticks per second and how it affects preformance? Whats the dif between 15 and 30? And also is the FPS of lazy raider the same thing? Or does it behave differently?

im not 100% sure on this but i think the higher it is the more it checks wow per sec. so the higher it is the faster it will cast spells.
i keep mine at 200 works amazing sooo much faster then lazy raider. pretty much everyone says you should keep it at 200 if your computer can handle it.
also only turn on frame lock if you need to. if you game is running slow then turn it on and see if it helps. frame lock is pretty much to keep your game locked at 30fps i never use frame lock because i don't need to.

Ticks per Second should be about equal or less of which your FrameRate (CTRL+R to view in WoW) is. If your PC can handle it, the higher the TPS the better your Routine will work. It's just very minor difference above 30 though.

So if your WoW never goes below 60 FPS, set Tyrael to 60 TPS. If your WoW never goes under 45, set it to 45. Test it in a heavy raid environment, cause flying around your FPS is probaly ALOT higher then in raids during bossfights.
 
Does Tyrael disable plugins like Raidbot or do you have to disable it yourself, love the quickness of Tyrael :cool:

Just remind you for all the free linux projects ot there!

You have alot of free operating systems recently, and you dont need to pay for M$ Windows if you choose to run on a free linux distribution.

There should always be a choice for the users - to pay or not. And most will evaluate their + and - regarding any product, they are lurked to buy.


On the thread: I just saw this thread with updated Tyrael and I really appreciate your support, guys, and girls! Keep it up!

My post wasn't meant to be insulting, I was actually being funny with the reference to the politician - my apologies and I do look forward to messing with this now that I know more about it. Thank you!
 
Is it just my Tyrael or doesnt the "pause"-button work? ive tried all possible ways but it doesnt pause whatever key i choose.
