For some reason bot doesnt use vaal haste, i have the "AutoCastVaalSkills" box for OldRoutine checked in, i have it on my panel aswell, but the bot refuses to use it, there is no log messages or anything, it just acts as if its not there, i tried different placements on the skill panel for it to no avail, what might be wrong?

Default routine only uses one Vaal skill/aura.
And i only have 1 vaal skill aswell - vaal haste, i had a vaal spark leveling in my offhand, i removed it and nothing changed.
