bot doesn't pick up blue material

I am having problem with picking up blue materials. my bot won't pick up white and blue material. it picks up all the blue and white armor and weapon but not the materials. but when I run it with funkybot it picks up sometime.

I re-set and also re-installed everything but the result is the same.

anyone who had same problem and solve it now.. Please hlep m.e
