bot does not see tanks

I launch the game, then start the bot, authorization is successful, but can change the settings! I can not add the same in the garage + button - inactive why? As a result, I can not start the bot in the game. OS win 8.1 pro x64

after launch game i start bot. in garage inactive "X" . i cant select tanks because bot does not see tanks
 
I got the same problem with the new update, while waiting for fixing, you might use an older version by re-downloading the installer on the web
 
My key just got expired and i didnt use it once because of this, can i have a refund ore can you extend my account ?

We've extended all keys by another 3 days, yours should be usable again and with the last update, same for the bot. Let me know how it works out.

With the update 2.1.452.264 , im still having the problem

I have not had it before. And a clean installation still does not see tanks in the garage.
