Bot decides it needs townrun in greater rift? Dies? is this Adventurer Related?

Bot goes through GR, spawns Hamelin, stops doing anything log says attempting town run (no loot in GR why would he do this?) eventually he dies.

1st death since starting LON sader day 3 of S5. Happened same day I updated trinity and adventurer not sure which is responsible for this behavior.

Looks like trinity issue, thinks he is dead 'Waiting for loot to drop'.
