Bot causing computer to crash

So i have been getting this problem consistently over the past week
Upon running the bot will last anywhere from a few min to a couple hours before crashing the computer causing a shutdown
The log attached is a shorter run that did the same thing.
My computer hasnt ever had any trouble running anything else and tanks runs fine normally

remove:

- microsoft visual c++ 2005-2015 x86 redistributable



restart your pc,
download the installationwizard http://updates.buddyauth.com/BuddyWizard.zip
run them as administrator.
after wizard installation is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++
install https://www.thebuddyforum.com/BuddyWizard.exe
restart


also check if you have any of the programs listed here BosslandGmbH:HelpDeskrograms that Interfere with BosslandGmbH Products - The Buddy Wiki installed

and also make sure your OS and your machine (drivers etc) are updated

After following all the instructions and running the bot it appeared to work fine for a few hours but then the following few times i ran it it crashed so the problem is still occurring. i made sure that none of the programs listed were running as well

make sure your updates are updated


also do you have any Wot 3rd party stuff installed?

any antivirus enabled?

as far as i can tell everything is updated, all my antiviruses get disabled when i run the bot and it is a completely clean WoT install.
I have even tried closing as many non essential programs as i can from task manager while running the bot and it still occurs

the log file shows its OS related since it does not even log the crash

I have not run into this problem otherwise on my computer
would it be possible to get a refund since i cannot seem to use this?
