bot became idle

hai... may i know why does my acc or bot suddenly became idle? and not showing any pokestop or gym or pokemon. anyone having the same problem? or is it just me?

Your altitude may be too high

Google Maps Find Altitude
use the meters not feet measurement of the spot your working in. Let us know if that helps.
