Bot Banned after 1 day

yesterday i bought the bot license for 1 year and today it was banned (TRIPWIRE).

i am insistent that i get a refund!!!

Please be patient on a response.
They can sometimes take up to 96 hours.

There are probably quite a few others in the same boat as you.

yes, chances we understand that e-mails can sometimes take up to 96 hours and we will take that into account.
