I got this log and did try to update windows.I have tried so many times but it still crash.I never have any problem with TL until it move to TL 2.Please help me

Means you need the full version of the .NET Framework and not the client version. Download it here: Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Standalone Installer) from Official Microsoft Download Center

Previous TL didn't require a few dependencies that are only in the full version of .NET, so it worked fine with the client profile. With the move to TL2, that's no longer the case.
