Will my main account get banned if I run the bot account on the same computer ?

if your bot account gets flagged and banned there is the possibility trion will ban any other accounts or some of the other accounts ran from the same computer, i once lost a bot account and not my mains but recently a guild member lost a bot account and his main but got to keep a few of his non bot alt accounts. so there no way to really say weather or not you will.

Remember to not run an AB client and a regular client through glyph at the same time as well. it will surly get you flagged quicker
