While the char has over a full bar of bonus pool (the little gold diamond thing)it will skip other bonus pool shrines.
Just to be sure. I watched for a while and it did not go back for it. When I went back for it, I checked my bonus pool numbers and like I assumed i still gained bonus pool from it
