yes i was a bit stunned my self when it happend since i have done it multiple of time on diff accounts. But this time i wasent allowed to transfer it out.

I still got $10 on my very first account that was banned, I just said eff it and forgot about it. Best thing you can do is get a friend to help you out.

Blizzard needs to add the option of purchasing a physical game copy with your battle.net balance. Would give them a lot more profits imo lol.

Well, last easy option is to actually buy something from RMAH with it and then resell it again on RMAH and give blizz their 1$ +15% cut. At least you get most of it back this way.
