Got the 6 month ban like everyone...
But my account page says account is still active... And I was able to use the mobile app to post auctions and get on guild chat.
So I was thinking it was fake, but hen I checked my Paypal account and it shows my Sub was deactivated today.

So, now I have no fucking clue whats up.
