Cute story, but far from informative. The blue post was a basic response that blizzard gives to anything bot/hack etc related.
Other topic was more asian based etc.
But thanks for the info.
 
Well its not like they didn't try to ban people in WoW aswell.. and we know how that went.
Will see tho. Botting has its obvious risks.
 
Suspensions and bans of players that have used or start using cheats and hacks will begin in the near future.

On topic of botting, already bought the 1 session for a year. Would you think it safe enough to bot on a main account, or should i invest in a new account next month when the money rolls in? :)

Up to you and how much you read in to the hype.
Warden activation, bot detection, all the hype is just that.
Most bans on wow come from player reports. I dont see how this will be much different other than the fact of someone having MASSIVE amounts of gold or MASSIVE inhumanly possible amounts of game time played.
I think you will be fine botting, just be smart and its still a risk you have to take.
 
Yeah true, ive botted for little over 6 months of WoW. After which ive taken a break since i had enough. It just bored me to death.
I kept my botting to a maximum of 8 - 10 hours a day, and not every day. Thought this would be the same.
Stay inside the normal playing time of a humanbeing, and i should be safe. Have a friend who uses Honorbuddy aswell.
Basically taught me how to use it. :)

Just purchased DB with a second D3 account. I plan on botting like 3 to 5 hours a day. I wont get that much gold, but it will be enough for me. Like other said, if you bot 24/7 for weeks, they will most likely know you are botting.

But what about those that play 24/7 for weeks? Hmmmmmmmm? (jokes)
 
Think about it, Demonbuddy was released just a few hours ago. And now the Blue posts on cheating.

Goes to show how Demonbuddy is a formidable force that leaves Blizzard pissing in their pants...

Pretty sure that's unrelated, and a mere coincidence ^^

That post is due to RMAH launching soon, and lots of people are afraid botters will ruin their precious little economy.


(I hope most of you will have enough sense to NOT list 100 billion gold each on the first day, and drive the price into the ground.. Price fixing is not illegal in a video game.. Let's keep it upwards of 5e/mil please =p )
 
only had susspensions in wow and 1 perma ban wich i got lifted since it was for selling gold wich i have never done so got lifted. and ive botted for years used pirox till they went down then i tried HB

and ive made millions of wow gold had all i ever wanted in that game even my irl friends had what they wanted.

basicly controlled the food flasks market pretty heavily on my server making roughly 70k a day and 150k+ on weds :)

and as mentioned never had a ban.
atleast not one that sticked :P
