Blocking Blizzards ability to scan your RAM, is it possible?

You can encapsulate game in VM and hide HB process.
For ex. - Driver to Hide Processes and Files - CodeProject or .net - Hide a process from Windows 8 TaskManager - Stack Overflow

If warden will scan your RAM looking for patterns, obfuscation will be a nice countermeasure.

But all this solutions will slow-down the bot and cause anti-viruses to scream at you.

Is there a way to wipe your memory so that blizz has nothing to scan i know its dtupid but if it were me id be keeping my Hb downloads on a external hard drive and wiping memory after every use but im not one of those that has a million dummy accounts to make gold off of.
