Block when login in

I have a trouble. When I login on usa accounts, it have been locked . I try to login on europe realms from this accs all is ok. Do anyone have this problem?

It means you have got banned on the America Server.

D3 must be closed down and then restarted before you use your new password. If you try to login without restarting D3 you get locked out, and have to go through the password reset all over again. This happened to me in the early days of D3. I was running my first account on two different computers. Where I ran the game on any day depended on where I needed/wanted to be at the time (a choice of either office or spare room).

I tried ) but it works only on first reset, after that it locked again

try going to battle.net and checking your email. they may want you to update your info for the US region.
