Blizzards motivation to ban

So please explain to me how a want is a human right?
You are aware that this is off topic? As a hint, start reading here Human rights - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia yes, there is no mention of botting. But as i suggest it has todo with torture and free expression, freedom of speech in the time of the internet and it's technologies.

Basically what im suggesting is that you shall not be forced to certain ways, how you chose to play a game. If Blizzard feels bots are bad, then they have to build in anti bot measures or make the game more exiting to play by humans.

You spent 60 € on a software but your access gets denied, then you should receive your 60 E back. This way i guess Blizzard would be in the green. Rightnow they even ban people who are associate with bot accounts. This is illegal practise.

Anyway, im only curious if they are banning mules basing on IP, or bother with more in-depth check by tracking where items from botting account gone.

Who knows but, I'd be very surprised if they ban based on IP. An IP ban would result in all in that location who have no choice but to use that IP, being unable to use that service.

I'm sure I have seen posts by people who have had accounts banned, yet have other accounts that are still running, and all on the same IP. I could be wrong.

Blizzard never ban via IP, the main and real purpose why they ban accounts is so that they are forced to make another account.

A botter is Blizzard's best friend :)

Really ? Show me reports of those ppl, iv only seen ppl who got banned on some accounts and rest several hours later.

I guess you mean proof of people in the stated situation but, as I said, I could be wrong. I'm working with a fragile memory here. I messed about with too many fun things care of the pseudonym of your namesake in Breakingbad, if you know what I mean. Slightly frazzled the ol' brain :)
I'll have a look through the banned area. Now I'm thinking about it, it may have been on the site I believe we cannot mention - OC. I'll have a look.

Okay, proof found, as I figured, in the unmentionable site. Hmm, not even sure I'm allowed to link to the site. If you know of which site I am referring to (OC), then look at their Diablo 3 area, then Diablo 3 General the Diablo 3 Ban Reports Go Here
There's mention of IP banning in the first page or two of the thread but, it's a bit vague as to whether or not it confirms what I thought, then further in there are more, and so far one definite posted by one Zodiitti, on page 7 of the thread, who claims to have had a good number of bans, is using one IP address, and still has his main account running on that IP address.
There may be more examples.

OMG and LOL, this guy's got front! I just found this on OC, under the banned reports thread. Quoted from someone going by the name of Simonzi,

I'm pretty sure I'm an *******.

Took one banned copy of the game to Walmart, where I did purchase it, but didn't have a receipt. Said it wouldn't activate online, did an even exchange without a receipt for a new copy. I plan on playing that copy legitimately.

Went across the street to Target, where I bought 2 copies, and did have the receipt. Exchanged another banned copy for another unopened copy.

Went across the street again to Game Stop, where I had bought another copy, and had the receipt for. Returned that second unopened copy for my money back.

Or this maybe just old news, look whats happening right now in ban report section, if they catch You on one account You are guaranteed to being purged completely, including legit main acc if it participated in exchanging goods with bots.

Yeah, I was reading further along in the OC thread (into the mid 20s), and the people there have come to the same conclusion but, that's not a ban by IP, as in stopping all communication from that address, which was the question I was responding to.

You use free a lot but you don't seem to understand you are FREE to do billions on billions of other things to make money.

You spent 60 on a pass to access blizzards virtual Six Flags(Amusement park). When you got to the virtual gate way, they said these are the rules if you break them, we revoke your pass.

Just because you buy something does not mean it is being sold as a product.
