Hello guys , i sold item for euros at 31 january , and waiting for money via paypal, today is third week while Im witing for money , still dont got it , I call them 10000 x times, always the same "please wait, there was a problem with our system, we dont know when u will get ur money" , and today a woman said me , that she cant promise me I will get my money... what a retards they are.. my question is ... someone from here got same problem like me ? Because They said that its not only me who got this problem..

I would stop wasting your time on it.

They are aware and there's stickies in the support forum. Calling them won't make you a unique case to get your money earlier then anyone else.

You could've made more money than that in the time you spent following this up.

Yea its one idea what scammed ppl can do in this situation , but for me its kinda strange to tell lawyer that I dont got 200 euros for helm in game...^^ , but yea thanks for idea

come on now, your biting the only hand feeding you.

before you blame blizzard you might want to think it could be other things

a) the person who bought it was banned/canceled the account before it was finalized
b) the person used a unauthorized payment method for item or account
c) the person has done a chargeback on the item he spent money on, (and considering its size, thats prob a good bet)
d) your item/trade has caused a flag to be risen and they are investigating

make sure you add in how you violated the entire legality of your claim, and that upon lawsuit blizzard will look into your account like a *****head in thick carpet.

if you give a shit about a $200 item, i can garuntee you that you have nowhere near enough money to take on a company like that in real life

People sue large companies and win quite often. In fact, Blizzard has been sued by players many, many times and lost a large part of them.

Don't think that just because they can afford tons of expensive lawyers that they are invincible. In the end, it will be a judge making the decision, and it is impossible to tell how he will see it.

you do realize that if you had a better grasp on the english language i answered your question of what could be taking long to recieve payment, which is the entire subject of your post.

the fact she said she doesn't know if you will get your money is a generic answer, because if she (representing blizzard) says you WILL get it, they actually have a obligation to that.

- blizzard is alarge multi-national company, i really doubt if it was to have an singular ass i would say it would be a multitude of asses (unless its just jay wilsons)
