In the case of the distribution and updates for HB being shut down for the terrirory of germany, how much information regarding the way this will be achieved could you provide us with?

Many of us will try to find a loophole, so I'm just curious about how much you could (passively) assist us without getting into legal problems.

There is a sticky in the German section.

Basically: anyone helping to find a loophole gets a perm ban.
But since you only need the hb update every few months, there shouldn't be any assistance needed tbh.

thats smart im happy just for that because if it would i would instantly stop my wow accounts because i like to bot pve arena sometimes or els the game would be boring i bot for 6 7 years now
 
You should consider the loophole that ilikecheats does for call of duty and battlefield 3 Both of witch i subscribe to But i have not used either in quite some time.

They sold the forum acesss and it was completly private You can not view anything and it loader is based off your forum subscrition the cheat itself is actually free.

They found some wierd law that says they have the right to act privately and i have been cheating on battlefield 3 since release with not a single ban from EA they also have trip wires in place.

Just a thought. Even if they ban the sales you can give it away for free and charge for forum access Some a one time fee others not so much.

Its all based on how you word it. Given they are not as big as honorbuddy But i can assure you its Much more destructive to game play i usally go around 200/10 Kills / Deaths in almost every round.
 
Wieso straft Blizzard dich nur zur Einstellung und fordert kein Geld von dir? Zu Glider Zeiten war ich nicht in der Botszene aktiv und kenn nur das Urteil. Ist in Deutschland das Gesetz anders?
 
ich glaube, weil man in Amerika vieeeeeeeeeeeel leichter Schadensersatz fordern kann, wie in Deutschland. Und sicherlich wollten sie Anfangs einen langwierigen Prozess vermeiden - und wenn man sieht wievielen Konkurenten Aufgaben hatten sie damit ja erfolg.
In Deutschland gibts Schadensersatz IMMOH nur wenn der andere grob farlässig oder absichtlich handelt.

X22 cheats does this same thing. Charge for forum access. Make a few forums public and then make it a monthly or lifetime fee to join the other forums. Also they attach their hacks to your HWID which is a great idea.. I think boss land can learn a lot from x22
 
I take it they lost the court case? I cannot purchase honor-buddy. I purchased an Exotic mount, to test the card after it kept declining here ( i guess ) and it worked perfectly. The customer rep also said nothing was going through to my card from this vendor, so it seems it is on Honor Buddies side?
