I have been botting overnight (monk plvl70), for about 12 hours and here is what seems strange:

For the first 7 hours i was doing A3 mp2 with 335%mf and in the seven hours i got only 3 legendary drops (450gph 0dph 15mil xph)

For the next 5 hours i was doing A3 mp0 (i switch gear to run mp0 much faster) with 285%mf (450gph 0.35dph 18mil xph)

here is the report from the last 5 hours:

===== End Of Report =====

The strange thing is that during the day i was getting more than 2 legendary drops per hour... any one, comment on this?

Anyone who thinks that blizzard monitors and regulates drops is a fucking moron. why would they waste their time? seriously dude, stop wasting ours. your pathetic.

Nah, anyone with a tiny bit of a brain capacity would understand that when you have live auction happening you need to regulate drop rates in order to keep the market value...
Otherwise if the system was static then the auction will crash, too many drops... all items and gold will be devalued...
Supply and demand my friend

Blizz have directly stated that they dont regulate. You probably wont believe that. I do.

Comment? Your an idiot.

And i honestly mean it, you cant call that a sample size. And you made me waste 2 minutes of my life telling you that. Come on dude, think before posting.

If I were Blizzard I would do some weekly global corrections to keep cash flow without spikes, but who knows; )

wtf is your problem, if your not going to say anything useful don't say anything at all

Well Mots does have a point, I feel as though I wasted my time too. next time, maybe YOU should post something useful.

Editing OP to show more "statistic" isent gonna help your case dude. You could fortune read my turds and get a more meaningfull result. 5 hour sample size, thats hilarious.

they have been doing this since D2.
some call it seeding and some call it bs but it exist.
GW set their games so that drops got worse with each item you got.
So you might have a 20% change for an item to drop, if you got one it dropped to 15% etc
the problem with buzzard doing this is the varying changes of the properties of their items.
So you get a chance to get what you need even when a drop occurs... whoop the f. It might be int and you need str...tough luck you got you drop.

How do they do it and what do they do. They are not going to tell you.

Holy shit, things getting dumber in here. That dosent at all make any sense. I soo get why Tony and the staff seems a little "short" at times, having to deal with this level of retardness would make any mod insane.

How is what i have posted not useful? Is it a possibility that blizz regulates the amount of drops to keep price balance on the auction?

i ran it for 12 hours first 7 hours report i don't have saved, but it had 3 legendary drops, the second (5hour report) has 1 drop...
read the post man

5 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours. Samplesize dude, i dont know how many times i can spell it out to you, but honestly, do you think your 18 hours would be statisticly significant in any way compared to how the loot system in this game works?

That's the way Random works. In fact, with that small of a sample size, you could easily have gotten either zero or twenty legendaries.
