Blizzard Media in our Posts

Hello Team,

I wanted a little clarification on this subject. What is the official stance on using Blizzard Media (Screenshots, images etc) in our forum posts, specifically for our buddy store support threads. I was under the assumption that posting to the forums with this media was okay as it's discussion and not sales. Where as posting to the store is prohibited as that is a product and is being sold. Are we okay to post to the forums or should this be changed? Thanks for any and all help.

you have probably missed to read the official Buddy Store regulations document:

The link above jumps exactly on the "Copyrighted Content" chapter:

I was the one that brought this up and no matter what Bossland says the situation is this: You are providing products that violate Blizzard's Terms of Use, so by definition your use of copyrighted content does not fall under Fair Use. Blizzard could sue you at any moment or at least send you a cease and desist letter.
