blizz gm said now them have way for detect bot, and today 3 more friends take ban for 72hs on the same way...
i share my experience here for all stay alert.
i´m using buddy before 2012 and cath my first ban for 72 hrs, i thinking anybody report but just 30 min or them follow my way, now i using bot only secundary account for farming and gold....also to owner of the thread, never bot on an account you dont want to lose, the good thing about blizzard though is that they have made a lot of the items Bind On Account, which means all your hard work(botting) mounts/pet/i think achivements/toys etc can be linked to another account if fully banned(im pretty sure someone correct me if im wrong). But everyone gets caught botting at one point or another, just take a look and ask some advice from fellow botters and it might take them longer than you expected! I personally have been botting on wow since vanilla with only 1 BAN, Yes I did say 1 ban only. but I don't bot for long hours or probably half of the hours that most of you do. and I wait few weeks/months before I start botting after each patch(this has saved me more times that I can count).
fist : w8ing for any one have experience about bot with an unbanned account,if no one share his/her knowledge then i will start boting with mine
second: i will share my experience too
man Today i start bot for garrisonbuddy, and after bgbudy on 30 min my account is banned, i receive email account banned text have that information:
Blizzard will take action against any players using third party programs, which operate outside the World of Warcraft software, to gain an advantage in the game. This software may include increasing movement or teleportation hacks, automating gameplay, or other changes that subvert the mechanics or design of the game. This can also include programs that obtain information not normally available to the regular player, or that transmit or modify any of the game files.

I agree, even though I think he means dungeons with other players. Anything where your botting with other players around runs HIGH RISK and a lot of people will report, sometimes out of spite because you made them mad, sometimes because it just looks like a bot. I personally have NEVER used BGBuddy and doubt I ever will, honestly I love to PVP so why would I leave it up to a bot to risk a ban? Just have to bot smarter gentleman. Read ban posts, read all sections of the forum to get a true understanding of the bot. Dont just turn a blind eye unless you dont care if your account is banned, but honestly anyone who continues to use bots shouldn't be doing it on an account they don't wan't to lose, personally if I got banned, i'd just make a new account and bot even harder.
as our friend said ,the BG body ban risk is higher than other bot bases!!!
and i can tell u this :the GMs never tell u about how they can catch us!! i say it because i asked them 2 times and each time the answer of GMs was same:"we cant tell u about this"!!!
and i can imagine the only thing that make blizzard more better to catch us is paying more attention on reports (except the time 2015/5/13) and i say it becaouse of t reasons.
1: i know that they ban players if they report about 10 times...i test iti pay 1 account to test
)
each day i let only 1 player catch and report me (or may be 2 by mistakes)
and i get banned after 6 days and if we take an average it means 10 reports or more= bann
but my test was before 2015/5/13!
2:as all of us know ,the most banable bot base is BG buddy and i think its because in BGs the chance to report is higher than other bot bases!!
and if we look at these 2 reason..then the result is :
if blizzard ban a player that report 10 times or more before 2015/5/13,,now they ban player only for 2 or 3 reports and its how u ban right after 1 or 2 bg s i think...
whats ur idea about it guys?
To be perfectly frank, you have absolutely zero clue as to what you're talking about. Let me point out your flaws for you:
- You can't "know" anything from such a small sample size about how many reports it takes. Just because 1-2 people whispered you that they reported you, another 1000 people could've reported you without whispering you that you've been reported.
- You could've been reported weeks ago and you wouldn't have known it. I'll say this so it's very clear. Blizzard is not static in their ways. Just because it has taken them 6 days (from your terrible, worthless testing), it in no way means that's the standard.
- You have no proof that BGbuddy is the most bannable. For every 1 person that reports being banned in the forums, figure there's another 10-100 other people that were banned that don't report anything. Just like with botting. For every active user on these forums, there's 1000 other users that use the bot and never post on these forums.
Please stop trying to say you have proof of anything. You simply don't. This is how stupid rumors get started. Just because you observed something once or even twice, it doesn't mean its a hard, fast rule.
All you've done with your little "experiment" is potentially get your accounts, pc, IP, harwareID flagged. Don't be surprised when you get banned and you start another account and it gets banned again instantly. You opened yourself up to being flagged permanently.
1. Blizz proved they can find bots easily. They proved that with their banwave on 5/13. The only reason I can see that they don't ban all bots is revenue. Banning thousands of accounts = lost money for Blzz.
2. See number 1
3. There is no hope of botting safer. All of the measures you read about don't work. This has been proven time and time again, and in the end, the more measures you take, the more likely you'll be to be permanently flagged and banned.
The only safe way to bot is to not bot at all. If you are going to bot, don't be surprised when you get banned. It's really that simple. You can theorize about it all day, and that's all it will be...A theory. You can't prove anything, you'll never be able to prove anything, nor will Blizz ever tell you anything, other than they know you were botting.
