some people make mutch money out of the game they dont even play the game while i like to play so i have one bot account and one main but some people just do this for money we played alot for 4 years back in vanilla but ye like i said some like to just make quick money with the game

In short. The law regarding copyright in the U.S. sucks. You happen to live in a state where the legal system in this area is far from fair. I'm so sorry if this negative assessment of your country offends your National pride but rest assured I don't hate the population because of flaws in the establishment. I do despise people who defend the indefensible and refuse to challenge the unjust though.
 
Some info upon WHAT they have sued Bossland GMBH for would be nice.

Is it copyright infraction ?

Is it "avoiding" warden ?

Have you been able to read on what grounds Blizzard is charging you?

Thanks.. Was getting a bit sick of people fighting over copyright infringements and what does or does not fall under German law, while nobody still knows what it actually is that is over the heads of the GB/HB team..

As stated in my post "fucked up american tossers". If you consider yourself one of those then you should be offended. I didn't make a statement regarding the general American public just those ones specifically. Kudos to cowabunga69.
 
It's been like 15 days(on the 16th) since the announcement was made about the lawsuit.

Kinda wierd that the legalsystem is THIS slow and the defendants are clueless what this is about.

A decision about permanently closing down the nuclearpowered electricity production in Germany was made in a couple of weeks.

Really strange country.

A nuclear powered electric generator being shutdown is obviously a much bigger deal than a gaming company sue'ing a bot. Priorities.

When some1 is being sued the information should reach the defendant pretty fast.

Something is very wrong when it takes 3 weeks to print and send some papers.

Yes the BATTLES can take years but that's not what i'm referring to.

Anyway .... i Hope HB has a strong case against the cowards at Blizz.

can't make good antich-e-ats so they go to court.......

A few years ago I'd have said German beer was the best too. Then I got lost in a monastery in Belgium and discovered Trappist. Don't be offended you're from the South and everyone knows Germany's most famous Beer is from Bremen :-) Maybe that's why Bossland and the rest of guys decided to have a base nearby in Hamburg?
 
Worst thing in america is patent system, they can patent patenting. Yo dawg i heard you like patents, so we patended making patents.
You should check out microsoft+oracle+apple suing android system because it is such a win system, if you are not successful in america sue your competitors!
If you try this kind of BS in eu, you will get fined by EU for trying to be monopol.

Is there any update to what ground's Blizz are trying to sue us with yet? im sure it was mentioned that it would take two week for the paper work to come threw and it's over 2 week now?
