it's up until you log out, i was in game on some acc and i decide to test log out and than log in, that was bad idea xD
affter log out you cant login again

If you are receiving Error #134 upon logging in to World of Warcraft this can be resolved by deleting the WoW cache folder, you can do so by completing these steps:

Log out of WoW completely.
Open Battle.net App and click on Options
Select PC: "Show in explorer" Mac: "Reveal in Finder" and open the WoW folder
Select the Cache folder and delete it
Relaunch WoW


i found my wow folder on pc and deletet the folder Cache
and restart wow and it workes
