Well. I really do not want to discuss it much, but in US you have no chanses against EULA. If you show me at least 1 precedence, when in US you won against company, when you've accepted terms of EULA, i will change myne opinion.
Honestly before posting I?d advise you study what you are talking about because it will only make you look silly in the end, and in the USA you do have a defence Against a EULA
And to be frank, NO program is legally allowed to scan your computer, only their own located name space for their game.
