Blacklisted and ignored nodes

I've been wondering why my bot is ignoring a lot of potential nodes instead of collecting them. I know it blacklists certain nodes from time to time and was wonder where I need to go to reset and/or delete this.

I apologize, let me explain my situation. The thing is I'm trying to do Darkmoon Faire rep so I decided to grab your profile for Swamp of Sorrows flying herb run but it had to be converted. I used the plugin and the profile seems to work well enough, but I noticed it was ignoring a lot of nodes, just...flying right by them. Maybe in the conversion something went wrong? I'm also curious that when GB2 does blacklist a node, how long before it is removed from the blacklist? Because sometimes the bot will just be flying in the air going back and forth trying to get to a node because it's right under me and eventually just gives up and blacklists it...but it's right down there and the bot just doesn't fly straight down. I remember back in the older versions of Gatherbuddy there was the Badnodes file and I would often "clean" it of blacklists that wern't really blacklists....is there a similar file that I need to "clean" or does GB2 do that automatically now?
