Blacklist gems for autolevel gem mode

Hello,
I want upgrade my gems with autolevel mode and empower rift enable but this setting upgrade all my gem and it is too expansive.
It's possible to blacklist gems or lock upgrade only equipped gems ?

In the adventurer config menu, I would sort the gems in the order you want them upgraded and then set the "minimum gem upgrade chance" to something very low.
I think that should do the trick.
