blacklist ancient mana

is it possible to blacklist ancient mana?

Most Suramar farm profiles loot the ancient mana from ores or herbs or mobs etc.
When the toon reaches the ancient mana cap he tries to loot every mob ore herb 3 times before he blacklist it. Is there a way to speed this up?
