theres at least 8 on the server im on atm doing it, someone said they were farming for gems to sell

Just checked my realm..... 16 Druids....nothing BUT druids...all with weird names (Fffgui, gfjyui, etc...).

Ive done transmog runs of BT before...but I can't see whats worth getting in there.
Sure...you COULD kill trash mobs...but the gold/hour would be ridiculously low compared to other ways.
 
Here is what they are going for:

G O L D

Pure, clean, basicly free! gold from vendoring trash stuff obtained from BT.

Made myself small inspect tour on the front of BT in my CRZ while dead (So can trach alive and dead toons entering BT).

And basicly seen druid entering every 5 to 10 sec, sometimes 2-3 at a second. Some of them was inspected via Compare Achievments -> Statistics -> Wealth

And the most profitable of them had 40k gold obtained from vendoring in the last 24 hours.

All of you can make your conclusions now!
 
OMG 50 people now farming Black temple on my server 4 DK 6 Hunter rest of Druid :D
 
WTF, I just checked this on my realm, and BOOM over 50+ Druids with names like "zbsacscszxc" are in there :O :O :O
That's just sad, like really..

this remebers me from back in the days with runescape names like iillliliilllili but with the font from rs you could never report them because you have no glue how to type there names xD
 
well there are lots of them.

The thing is not that they're chinese but that they use stolen CC info. They clearly are criminal.

Gold prices plumet quite a lot in this situation. Many people tryng TESO and other things. In combination with this CC-fraud gold creating.

Somebody needs to post about this on the official forums EU/US. Blizz will act quickly when people cry on the forums. Same happened to pickpocketing, some random man created a thread about rogues and a month later all rogues get autobanned very fast.
 
Yep pick pocket botting gets you the ban hammer pretty quick now. I like this idea of black temple. think about it, 20 bots gph ratio. Better then pick pocket and no one to compete with. And no gatherbuddy.
 
I'm suprised they still going at it - I mean, they cannot make it more obvious, wonder if it's gonna go as long as the botanica bot train.. it's really plumiting gold price and demand.
 
There are using some kind of exploit. They also are using nocolission hack, saw them moving to the dungeon when dead. Some of the bots are almost naked, no gear.

the only exploit, in my opinion, is abusing fake ccs and stuff.. they get free insta 90s that get to work asap and last a few days/weeks.

Maybe one of the old RSGP Farmers started up on wow?
Hell of a lot more profit in farming wow gold than there is in rs atm, i stopped farming rs sometime last year because it was getting to the point where my vps subs were worth than the gold coming back in.

old habits die hard, all i'm saying ;)

Just curious why this thread maker hasn't been banned but some other guy that made a thread like this was banned? He's talking about reporting botters, yet he himself is a botter.... Who's to say the "other" botters aren't honorbuddy users? Just because someone has a better idea than you or more of an idea to make money doesn't mean he/she is any worse than you.
