Black screen?

After launching archebuddy, I am consistently getting stuck on a black screen before I can get to the server selection. I have tried both work method's 1 and 2. Work method one gives me a client initialization timeout, work method 2 gets me into the game, although it is stuck on a black screen. Any suggestions on what it is I might be able to do to fix it would be greatly appreciated.

Could this be because I am stuck in a queue? I am unsure of how archebuddy treats being in a queue.

Update: queue does not seem to be the issue as I am still getting stuck with the black screen between cinematics and server selector screen on legacy servers (no queue).

Launching AA normally seems to be working as well. It only hangs when launching through archebuddy.

Uninstalling glyph and reinstalling fixed this issue.

I'm getting your same issue I reinstalled glyph and not it goes through the 3 cut scenes bu after the cry engine one it just black screens and i get client initialization timeout anyone know how to fix this?
