Hi, it is most probably a fail on my part, but here's the problem:

I just bought a year of HonorBuddy (24.99).
So I proceeded to download the program and bind my account.

When I try to login in the program it doesn't work:
Shared Sessions: 0/0
Invalid Account Details
Authentication failed!
Authenticating..
Buddy Sessions: 0/0

When I try to login in the shop, it doesn't work. I resetted my password and it still doesn't work.

Invalid Account Details=wrong username or pass

make sure that you are using the correct email in order to reset your pass

Well I did receive the password reset notification when I entered my e-mail, so it seems to be the right one.

Case sensitive. Typing it wrong at all? Missing capital letter maybe? xD

Hehe yes, I tried all of those. I am not someone that has such problems usually.
I think the trouble is with my shop username. There is no place I can get it back, though the emails sent to me adress me as "Johnny", which is my name; is it my username too?
If not, could I, maybe, get a mail containing my username for the shop? I've got my password covered.

NOTE: I registered in the shop long ago, and I bought it recently, hence why I can't remember it. I did check my email box.

EDIT: It says "Buddy's" under my name in the forum. Does it means that my accounts are bound? I don't get how this registration system work.

WIN.
I just had an idea: checking my invoice.

So, for the newcomers:

If you can't find that bloody Shop Username:
  1. Go into your mailbox
  2. Find the email named: "Bossland GmbH Order Confirmation‏"
  3. Click to view as a printable invoice (the normal doesn't give the account name, that's what confused me)
  4. Check on the top left of the invoice (as a pdf) for a "account username" (NOT "account name")
  5. ??????
  6. Profit!

Thanks for the support.
