Looks like what
Line 394 in \Plugins\Trinity\Combat\Abilities\CombatBase.cs
bool powerManager = flags.HasFlag(CanCastFlags.NoPowerManager) || PowerManager.CanCast(power);
can be replaced with
bool powerManager = PowerManager.CanCast(power);
Which allow to cast buffs in Town, but the problem is, it will turn off power saving for profiles, so if you planning to use this bot not only for this profile, don't change it.

Good profile but have to run it on bit lower Torment then the Manglemaw profile since when i port in my toon stand still for 1-3 sec and take hits :P but 70+ games H atm feals like kind of overkill.

the bot wont buff in town

this profile only for legendary mats? or you got other legs?
 
already got 2 set items and several legenarys
i am at 110-120 games/hour on torment 3 with my wizzard

i kill him in like 3 seconds in torment 3
but it is really strange i get fucked from him on torment 4 xD
i have 1.2 mio dps (2.2 with archon buffs from adds)
and 8k toughness while standing

whats your build now for t4 with wiz?

yea i wait too for better buffing(buff in town dont work me for, i changed the string in files)

changed 2 skills can kill him on t4 now :)
but would me much more save if bot wouldnt wait so long after tp and buff in town
