BIG problem for D3 China region

BIG problem for D3 China version due to it has the 'SECOND STASH', others region dont have such problem due to they dont have the second stash function.

If the Second Stash has many many items on it then the problem as following:

1. Trinity Item Rules Mode - Item list (and File Based Script Rules) donot work, DB wont identify legendaries randomly and just salvage them.

2. Trinity new fucntion - Gambling wont work and stuck at Kadala

All the Chinese user facing above problem, pls kindly help to check and fix it, thanks in advance.
