Tried the trial at first and i loved it. Bought it now aswell as i couldn't get enough of it

I've been running only Arathi Basin for a while due to the reputation. i'd like to get to exalted.

I have a few things i'd to like take up that i've noticed my bot is doing as a healer in BG.


1. Runs straight to farm in a weird way and then makes a sudden "CTM Turn" that looks bot'ish.

Solution - Perhaps make it run a bit smoother, and if someone else is currently capping stables, perhaps move on to GM/BS/LM instead of trying to cap the flag aswell? Or maybe just stay mounted at Stables until its capped.


2. Decides to fight hordes 1v1/1v2/1v3/1v4/1v5 etc as a HEALER.

Solution - Don't make it run into big crowds alone xD Not sure if this is possible or whatnot, but its something i'd like to see.

As a healer it looks more "human like" if the bot followed friendly players at a safe distance or traveled around the different bases to just heal.

3. Sometimes when a horde is nearby an alliance base and he starts capping the flag, the bot wont do anything about it. Sometimes it just runs away from the base and the horde player caps it.

4. Some other times my HEALER decides to chase horde players down and try to kill em.

5. The Emote option is nice, but i think it spams them too much, and the bot uses weird unusual emotes too, it should IMO be normal ones like /laugh /spit /smile /hug etc. Spit/laugh on enemies, smile/hug/love on friendlies.

I've noticed all the exact same things you've listed. My healer will sit there and just outheal 2-3 dudes beating on her instead of trying to run away to the nearest ally. It really makes no sense at all.

Has anyone seen any bans from strictly using this bot base?

I'm tempted to use it on my main account, with the success ive had so far as gearing comes into play. Maybe create another account with my same name, bot on it, then transfer this toon to my main once its full prideful

Hi, I find the bot base really interesting. But unfortunately, my game keeps crashing again with the use of bot base.

As long as that happens, I do not want to buy that! Please fix this!

Post a log file please. I'd guess that you don't have framelock enabled.

There has been bans - but not a super high rate. Normally comes from over use. I've geared up lots and lots of characters now without any bans. Bot smart

Don't bot on accounts that you aren't prepared to loose.

Millz, i'm botting as a healer. If i reduced "Range to scan for units" to Zero. Would my bot stop attacking enemies and only heal then?

Also, can you/anyone recommend any trigger words? I'm just using my in-game character name atm.

Quite buggy sometimes tries to attack a npc like 500 meters away and walks in circles.
It does the job but i'm guessing I got reported more then once in the process not that bgbuddy is better but i'm kinda disapointed with some of the bugs.

I think without the bugs it would be great.

How do i Blacklist Stables as Alliance? I don't want my bot to go there every game, because the first turn the bot does there is so obvious and might attract unwanted attention, rather want it to follow a grp of allys to GM/LM/Farm instead.

Uhh I'm not certain, because your CR would likely still do some form of targeting. You'd need to try out.

The trigger words are all converted to lower case, as are the messages in game, so if you character was called Bigbob, and someone said bigbob or BIGBOB, it would detect both. I would enter something like bigb and bob - something that people generally wouldn't type, and that would flag on bigb, bigbo, bigbob, bigbotypololz etc.

I'll be likely purchasing this when it's updated for WOD when I get the bugs again i'll upload a log file.

Just got his and messing around with it. For some reason my frames drop drastically to like 4-6 fps when i get in combat. Normal frames are around 70ish not using any combat rotations or plugins atm

Can you post a log file please?

Which combat routine are you using?

There's probably bugs in the honorbuddy core that need fixing - I'm aware of a few performance issues (and have made the dev team aware of them).

Looking over it and it seems to be I drop to about 40fps just starting honorbuddy. Idk if it's because im using the new one or not. : /

Sounds like you're using Singular then. The best advice I can give is to just suffer it out for a few days - this patch has been massive, and so much of the code in the bot and addons has needed to change.

You can reduce your TPS value under 'Settings & Tools' which will help with the frame rate issue. Something like 10 should do.

Starting BGfarmer, nothing happens, "Stop" Bot -> Honorbuddy stopped working. Guess it's cause of the recent updates, just reporting here.

Hi Millz I got a redem code for BG Farmer as the SVN is no longer being updated but I havent used the store yet I dont see an option to use the code? It says purchase or trial can someone help with where I enter the code? Thank you for such an awesome botbase it's by far one of the best things I have purchased for HB so far

Using SVN after purchasing from your website and not the honorbuddy site. No longer working (doesn't sign up and then crashes HB after quitting). What should I do?
