BGBuddy stopped after I wake up

Hi, since MoP (Not in cata) my character logs out of BG when I'm running BGBuddy overnight.
When I wake up and turn on my screen HB stopped and I got logged out,
Anyone know how to solve this problem? I was supposed to bot during the night and when I woke up It was still running =(
