BGbuddy or Grind for leveling?

Since my questbuddy isn't working right now.. Which way would be faster to gain xp BG or just grinding?

not talking about safety because i do not know,.,..,,.,grind is pretty fast ..... discpline preist went from 1-26 in a handful of hours
